What You'll Do

• Demo, Prep & Rebuild : Controlled tear-out; light framing; drywall / texture / paint; doors / trim / windows; cabinets / counters / backsplash; flooring; minor exterior repairs.
• Fixtures & Hardware : Basic resets (sinks / faucets / toilets), swap light fixtures / switch plates, install bath accessories / blinds (within permitted scope).
• Protect & Communicate : Protect the home, give clear status updates, coordinate subs / inspections, pick up and stage materials.
• Closeout & Docs : Punch list, final clean, before / after photos, quick task updates in DASH / Buildertrend.
• Safety & Standards : Safe tool use, OSHA / ladder basics, clean, organized jobsitealways.
