Our agency brings together a legacy of experience and a commitment to community. After working with one of the largest State Farm agents for over 22 years, I established our Legacy office on January 1, 2019, with a second location in Big Rapids set to open in early 2025. As a Grand Valley State University graduate and an ambassador for the Cadillac Area Chamber of Commerce, Im deeply invested in the community. ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Darrick Earegood - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
