AR Follow Up Specialist

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Specialist to manage unresolved insurance claims and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on unresolved claims with insurance carriers

Research and identify issues causing payment delays

Take actions to resolve claim issues and follow up on patient balances

Required Qualifications

2+ years of A / R follow-up (Insurance Collections) experience

Medical billing experience is helpful

Hospital claims and healthcare receivables experience preferred

2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem solving and research

Prior computer experience is required
