NJ Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain within the first 4 weeks of employment). Fully paid training and licensing sponsorship provided. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with strong follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Paid training program with licensing sponsorship. Temp-to-hire opportunity with career growth potential. Hybrid work schedule (flexibility to choose your WFH day). Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities and provide consultative guidance to customers purchasing personal lines insurance products, including auto and home insurance.
Key responsibilities include :
- Handling incoming sales calls to quote and sell insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.).
- Delivering an exceptional consultative sales experience to prospective customers.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products across all lines of business.
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions, quotes, and sales data into company systems.
