The is seeking applicants for a full-time Interventional Pulmonologist (IP) at the Associate or Professor level to lead the Interventional Pulmonary Program at the University of Colorado. Applicants should have significant experience in interventional pulmonary with strong clinical, procedural and leadership skills. The applicants should also be enthusiastic about teaching fellows and residents within the postdoctoral training programs of the University. The successful candidate will become active members of the Department of Medicine, which fosters collaboration between basic, translational, and clinical researchers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Directing and growing the Interventional Pulmonary program at CU
- Procedural responsibilities within the area of interventional pulmonology.
- Clinical inpatient and outpatient consultations
- Participate in the education of medical students, residents, fellows, and other learners
- Engage in the academic mission of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Division, the Center for Lungs and Breathing and the Department of Medicine
Work Location:
Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO.
