Key Responsibilities
Own strategic client relationships from contract signature through go-live, acting as a trusted advisor
Proactively diagnose implementation challenges and identify improvement opportunities
Co-create and evolve the implementation playbook while coaching the implementation team
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in management consulting, implementation, client success, or client delivery in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS
Track record of building or evolving processes in ambiguous environments
Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience engaging health system leaders
Experience coaching or managing a small team
Ability to thrive in startup or high-growth environments
