Business Development Representative

ServiceChannel is seeking a Business Development Representative to work directly with high level clients, prospecting for new sales opportunities, booking meetings with potential customer leadership and executive team members, and learning fast paced SaaS sales on the job. Our team is driven and motivated to succeed and continuously growing the scope of our new business.
This will be a hands-on role focused on early pipeline development. The critical success measure on which variable compensation will be rewarded will be qualified sales meetings with target personas.
Key Responsibilities Business Development Representative
- Generate sales opportunities by researching, qualifying, establishing contacts and engaging in qualification meetings with appropriate personas at target accounts.
- Build target account profiles by researching and adding target personas to Salesforce. Master messaging by persona and their critical issues to effectively position our solution.
- Implement multi-channel outbound activities, representing ServiceChannel's solutions in a highly professional manner to qualify and schedule meetings and generate sales accepted leads.
- Log, track and maintain outbound activities in accordance with sales processes and methodologies in Salesforce.com.
- Able to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner. Be patient and persistent in building prospect relationships working with more passive potential customers.
- Collaborate with AEs on territory assessment, strategic account mapping, and executing on a variety of different touch plans varied by company size and company vertical.
Qualification (Experience)
1+ years SDR / BDR for fast-growing B2B SaaS software environment.Ability to interact to a very high standard of written and verbal business communicationsFluency in English, Italian, and French.A proven track record of goal attainment and overachievementStrong background delivering outstanding sales pipeline generation resultsMust have hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software; must be familiar with the principles of design and management of a customer databaseKnowledge and experience of modern tech stack such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and similar sales tools.Character
