Job Description

Perform detailed mechanical trade takeoffs for MEP projects. Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure scope accuracy. Analyze project specifications and drawings for estimating purposes. Assist in bid preparation and submission processes. Maintain updated knowledge of industry pricing and trends.

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ years of estimating experience (mechanical focus required). Hands-on experience with mechanical takeoffs. Familiarity with MEP projects (industrial, healthcare, higher ed preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
