Join our team in Rancho Cordova at Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento! We're hiring Direct Marketing Specialists who will canvass local neighborhoods to talk with current and potential customers about the Andersen product and Renewal by Andersen's services. This role will require individuals to use their personal vehicle to canvass neighborhoods throughout the greater Sacramento area.
Our Direct Marketers are paid hourly at $21 / hour, PLUS uncapped bonus and commission. Bigger picture shows our current team making an average of $21 to $36 hourly after bonus and commission.
We provide on the job training to get you started in the field through our Renewal by Andersen methods, and offer a supportive atmosphere to propel your growth within the company. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude, you will excel in this role. What you will be doing :
- Attending weekly meetings at our Rancho Cordova office to discuss weekly plan and results
- Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their window and patio doors - our marketers generate leads through traditional door-to-door outreach
- Through customer approach and conversation, you'll be setting appointments with customers, to meet with our Design Consultant team so they may provide in-home consultations
