Key Responsibilities
Own and enhance the Provider lifecycle and onboarding experience, focusing on new campaigns
Manage team escalations and solve complex Provider onboarding challenges through strategic relationship management
Create and monitor reports on recruitment, credentialing, training, and escalations to improve Provider performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong project management experience
DMEPOS experience preferred
Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
Familiarity with Excel, data analysis, and Salesforce
