Are you an experienced painter with a passion for getting the job done, meeting deadlines and quality standards? If so, we want to hear from you! We're looking for a reliable team member who can assist us to turnaround units keeping with our occupancy goals.

Painter - Accountabilities:

• Assist in the preparation of apartments to be painted after residents move out.
• Paint apartments including walls, trim and doors as per assigned schedule.
• Other functions as assigned by Unit Turn Supervisor.

Painter- Education, Training and Qualifications:

• General painting experience is required.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety practices related to painting.
• Valid Driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (completing painting jobs at different Tzadik properties).

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the painter is regularly required to walk; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms and stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The salary range for the painter position is $16.00 hr.- $22.00 hr., full time nonexempt.
