Responsibilities

  • Create custom cocktails and mixed drinks tailored to individual customer tastes and specific recipes
  • Inform customers about current drink specials and menu options
  • Showcase deep knowledge of spirits, liquors, and beers to offer informed suggestions on drink choices and preparation
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, particularly those concerning alcohol, and supervise team members to ensure they follow guidelines
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, including replenishing alcohol inventory as needed

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is required for this position
  • Previous experience in food service is essential
  • Strong customer service skills are a must-have
  • The ability to prepare, garnish, and mix drinks according to recipes and customer preferences is necessary
