A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Content and Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and launch a SharePoint Online hub and site architecture as the single source of truth
Design and lead the knowledge management strategy and governance model aligned with business priorities
Implement content lifecycle processes and build a searchable Knowledge Library with curated content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in knowledge management or content management in a distributed organization
Hands-on experience implementing SharePoint Online / Teams as an enterprise knowledge platform
Experience in designing governance and rationalizing legacy sites / workspaces
Deep knowledge of knowledge management principles, information architecture, and content lifecycle
