Production Planner Scheduler

A company is looking for a Planner / Scheduler to support daily manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules to meet customer requirements

Manage production schedules to reduce waste and improve resource utilization

Coordinate with various teams to ensure schedules are met and monitor key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Logistics, Materials Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred

Three to five years of experience in planning or production control in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project; knowledge of Primavera / P6 software preferred

Ability to capture and calculate capacities vs. workloads for resource utilization
