CorTech Staffing is hiring a Business Development Manager for our OH & MI regions. The desired candidate would be willing to travel between the Dayton / Cincinnati, OH, and Detroit, MI areas. The BDM can work from our Ohio or Michigan offices. Hours : M-F, 40 hours / week

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Essential Job Functions :
Set up meetings by generating cold calls to current and potential clients. Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives in assigned territory. Develop, maintain, and manage individual Sales Pipelines.
Follow a consultative sales process to develop new business opportunities. Achieve a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual gross margin dollar objectives. Cross-sells services, including alternative staffing solutions, to all CorTech assigned markets. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Possess strong negotiation skills. Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues, and management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing industry. Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals. Qualifications :
3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
