The Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and maintaining AKC's employee benefits package. Their primary goal is to create and manage a comprehensive suite of benefits that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while remaining compliant with all legal requirements and fiscal responsibility.
