This position will require someone who values high quality, precision and doing things in a timely manner. Must be able to work independently on many projects at the same time with very little direct oversight.

Job Summary

Conduct all plant maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, systems, buildings and grounds operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and coach maintenance staff; coordinate their efforts to ensure tasks are completed promptly and safely.
• Maintenance and Repair : Perform or coordinate the repair of machinery and facilities; respond to emergency calls.
• Planning and Scheduling : Develop and implement maintenance plans; prioritize and assign work orders
• Inventory Management : Oversee the ordering, stocking, and organization of supplies, tools, and equipment
• Quality & Safety : Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with and oversee external vendors for work that cannot be performed in-house
• Troubleshooting : Use advanced troubleshooting skills to decrease equipment downtime and resolve issues.
• Waste Management : Perform the wastewater treatment processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
