Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Workday implementation projects, serving as the primary client interface
Document requirements, business processes, and testing plans to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Must be Workday certified by a Workday partner
Experience in managing Workday implementation projects
Domain experience in areas such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Planning
Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations
Experience in a consulting or IT services environment
