About the Opportunity

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team's daily operations and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, operations, and external integration partners by coordinating logistics, managing merchant data, and assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Sales Operations & Administrative Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team regarding technical enablement needs, tools, and collateral.
  • Manage and update CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate Merchant and sales data.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales performance summaries for internal use.
  • Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Represent Koalafi at industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events, serving as an ambassador for our brand.
  • Prepare event materials and booth collateral in collaboration with marketing team.
  • Support the creation of sales collateral, term sheets, and contracts.

Integration Liaison

  • Act as the internal project coordinator between merchants seeking an integration and Koalafi's technical or partner teams, as well as external integration partners.
  • Facilitate communication with third-party integration partners, ensuring smooth hand-offs and timely delivery of API keys or documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with merchants to schedule onboarding sessions, trainings, or answer basic questions.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for both internal sales teams and external integration/merchant partners.

Process Improvement & Project Execution

  • Identify areas to streamline processes and recommend improvements.
  • Help implement tools, templates, or systems to increase sales team efficiency.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales team members by coordinating training and access to systems and tools.

About You (includes qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or high volume inside sales coordinator role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Clear, concise communication; you "set expectations and deliver."
  • Superb organizational skillsable to juggle dozens of merchants without missing a beat.
  • Bias for action and continuous improvement; you thrive in a scaling, challenge-embracing culture.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting inside sales, field sales or enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience working with technical or integration partners in a customer-facing or liaison role.
  • Basic understanding of sales metrics and funnel management.
