Job Title : Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location : Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid Schedule)

Pay Range : $25-$33 / hr

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle AR experience , a strong understanding of credit management , and the confidence to handle collections when necessary. This role offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor and analyze customer credit limits; assist with credit approvals and adjustments.
• Perform collections activities to ensure timely payment and resolve outstanding balances.
• Prepare and maintain accurate AR reports and aging schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end close.
• Utilize ERP systems for AR processing and reporting; SAP experience strongly preferred .
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
