Security Guard - Media Site - Weekends

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. You'll be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, all while supporting a people-first culture built on integrity and teamwork. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $17.43 / Hour

Job Schedule :

  • Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
  • Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

    • What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential threats.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or activity observed during patrols throughout the location.
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members and site management regarding security-related concerns and observations.
  • Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
  • Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas as required by site policies.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
