Proficient with TMS, MRP, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Incoterms, load planning, and freight documentation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for project support.
The Logistics Coordinator manages the end-to-end movement of materials and equipment for complex industrial projects. This role ensures every shipment—from oversized cargo to international freight—meets cost, schedule, and compliance goals. Ideal for logistics professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including oversized and project cargo.
- Verify project scope, carrier requirements, and documentation accuracy.
- Arrange transport sequences, load-outs, and carrier tenders within TMS systems.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents (BOL, PL, CI) and upload to shared drives.
- Manage purchase orders, verify carrier invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support ship-loose gathering, packing, and inspection of incoming materials.
- Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct logistics tracking and maintain compliance with USDOT and international regulations.
