**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, sales or similar - Experience with 3D CAD software; Autodesk Inventor is a plus
- Previous experience in technical sales, industrial automation, control systems or related fields is a bonus
- Proficient with CRM software and structured sales approaches - Material handling, conveyors, robotics, packaging, automated manufacturing industry experience - Allen Bradley / Rockwell automation PLC / HMI
- Self-motivated with outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and capable of building client relationships
- Aptitude for mechanical and electrical concepts; problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks with minimal oversight
- Travel as required (mostly daytrips); valid US driver's license is essential
