Provide high-quality ICU and stepdown nursing care to cardiac and post-procedure patients in a hospital environment. Perform and interpret tele-interpretation of 12-lead EKGs, manage arterial lines, and titrate cardiac medications and drips accurately. Administer IV therapies, including start IVs, radial artery sheath removals, and TR band management, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Pre and post-procedure care for cardiac catheterizations, TAVR, LAAO, and other cardiac interventions, including neuro assessments and vital sign monitoring. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, document accurately in EPIC, and adhere to facility policies and protocols.

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Valid Indiana RN license
- Certifications Requirements : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (all required upon submission)
- Experience Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of ICU or Cardiac Stepdown experience in a hospital setting
- Other Requirements : Strong charting skills with EPIC, ability to perform tele interpretation and 12-lead EKGs, proficiency in IV insertion, arterial line management, and titration of cardiac drips; excellent communication and adaptability
