Dental Lab Technician - Quebec

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician, Anteriors (French Canadian).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with doctors on treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Provide live clinical support and troubleshoot issues via phone, chat, and video

Facilitate communication between clinicians and lab teams by translating feedback into production outcomes

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a dental technician role

3+ years of experience in dental CAD / CAM design, particularly with anterior crown and bridge cases

Bilingual in English and Canadian French

Deep understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior crown and bridge

Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
