Specific qualifications for this role include :

Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $ 15.81 per hour and $18.10 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $8.50 to $11.50 , a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.

Full-time associates are also eligible for Medical / Dental / Vision Plans , 401(k) Plan, Life Insurance and Disability Plans , Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts , Paid Holidays, Sick / Personal Days and Vacation Time.
