Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global support strategy to enhance customer experience and platform reliability
Oversee the customer support organization, ensuring quality and efficiency in interactions
Lead the Technical Support team to diagnose complex infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Operations, including 5+ years in executive leadership roles
Proven leadership in IaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure organizations
Experience in scaling global teams and implementing automation in support workflows
Strong operational mindset with knowledge of incident management and support analytics
Experience in Trust & Safety or compliance operations is preferred
