Continuum is seeking an Analyst to support the Director of Integration through all phases of the M&A lifecycle — from due diligence through post-close integration. This role will play a critical part in onboarding newly acquired brands onto Continuum’s corporate financial stack and positioning each to produce accurate, timely monthly financials under Continuum standards.
Beyond integration, the Analyst will also contribute to ad-hoc projects, including data management and analytics initiatives to build out key KPI reporting across newly integrated brands and Continuum’s broader platform.

Responsibilities :
M&A Due Diligence & Close Support
- Support the Director of Integration in conducting financial due diligence, reviewing financial statements, accounting systems, and operational processes of target companies.
- Assist in the preparation of closing schedules, true-ups, and transition documentation.
Financial Onboarding & Integration
Coordinate with Finance team to transition acquired brands onto Continuum’s financial infrastructure — including banking, insurance, payroll, benefits, invoicing, and vendor payment systems.Support data migration, chart of accounts mapping, and initial reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and continuity from legacy systems.Monthly Financial Transition
Work directly with brand executives and accounting teams to establish close processes and reporting standards aligned with Continuum’s corporate timelines.Ensure each brand is positioned to produce complete and accurate monthly financials within 15 business days of month-end.Data Management & KPI Reporting
Develop and automate recurring KPI dashboards to track post-integration performance, brand-level profitability, and platform-wide efficiency metrics.Assist in data cleanup and standardization across systems to improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy.Process Development & Playbook Support
Contribute to creating standardized integration playbooks documenting workflows, best practices, and timelines to improve efficiency and consistency across acquisitions.Support process improvement projects aimed at shortening integration timelines and enhancing the quality of financial data.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.1–3 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, M&A, or consulting; multi-entity or high-growth environment experience a plus.Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes.Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or NetSuite a plus.Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-starter with a desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment.About Company
