Restock Operator
The Restock Operator is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels by replenishing stock in designated areas of the warehouse or retail floor. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, product availability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Replenish pick locations and retail shelves based on inventory needs and restocking schedules.
- Use handheld scanners, inventory management systems, or manual logs to track stock movements.
- Inspect incoming stock for accuracy, damages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Move and organize stock using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment (where applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas.
- Assist in periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Communicate low stock levels and restocking needs to supervisors or inventory control.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in warehouse or retail restocking preferred.Ability to operate inventory systems and basic warehouse equipment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand / walk for extended periods.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.Work Environment :
Warehouse or retail environment with frequent movement.May involve lifting, climbing ladders, or operating equipment in varying temperature conditions.
