Pay: $25 - $75 per hour (Based on $25 per patient, up to 6 patients per hour)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple patients per hour efficiently, ensuring high-quality care while working collaboratively in an integrative healthcare setting. Preference will be given to candidates who are already credentialed with American Specialty Health (ASHP) and have their own malpractice insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments in a busy, team-oriented clinical environment.
• Treat up to 6 patients per hour while maintaining excellent patient care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Perform various acupuncture techniques, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), electroacupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion.
• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and holistic treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and insurance guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors, massage therapists, and medical professionals, to provide integrative care.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space for all patients.
• Follow all safety, sterilization, and professional health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid California acupuncture license.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Preferably credentialed with American Specialty Health (ASHP) or willing to obtain credentialing.
• Own malpractice insurance or willingness to acquire it.
• Proficiency in various acupuncture techniques, including but not limited to TCM, electroacupuncture, cupping, and moxibustion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple patients per hour while providing quality care.
• Passion for holistic medicine and a commitment to patient-centered care.
