- $98,000 - $152,000 annually
Primary Function :
The Project Manager III will lead large-scale, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and high-value projects. This senior-level role involves independent customer negotiations, process definition and improvement, and extensive cross-functional collaboration with minimal oversight. May qualify for Senior title based on performance and organizational needs.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities :
Lead and manage complex, multi-discipline programs and high-value strategic projectsServe as expert in PM methodologies, tools, and change management across the organizationDrive structure and clarity in ambiguous or undefined project environmentsLead customer negotiations and strategic discussions independentlyMentor other Project Managers and project coordinators in advanced PM practicesDefine, implement, and continuously improve PM processes and methodologiesBalance delivery excellence with broader business impact and strategic objectivesCollaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership with minimal oversightEstablish and maintain strategic client relationships at senior levelsDrive organizational change management initiativesLead enterprise-wide project delivery challenges and solutionsProvide thought leadership in project management best practicesManage program-level risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategiesInfluence organizational direction through project insights and recommendationsRepresent the PM discipline in cross-functional strategic planning sessionsFollow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.Education and Experience : (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required; advanced degree preferredMinimum 7-8 years of progressive project management experience with demonstrated leadershipProven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programsExpert-level knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)Strong strategic thinking and business acumenExceptional leadership, mentoring, and organizational influence capabilitiesAdvanced change management and process improvement experienceExecutive-level communication and presentation skillsExperience managing enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional programsStrong financial management and business case development skillsInternational project experience and cultural competency preferredMastery of advanced project management tools and enterprise systemsCommitment to Sigma Design Core Values and leadership principlesWork Environment :
Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients, or suppliers.
