CNC Programmer III

CNC Programmer

Responsibilities include :

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, specifically Swiss Style CNC Lathes
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate CNC programs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure quality control standards are met by inspecting finished products.
• Maintain and create documentation of CNC programs, setups, and tooling. Create / Write instructions for processes and procedures as needed.
• Train and mentor junior CNC programmers and machine operators. Exceptional time management skills, ability to deliver to project timelines.
• Ability to program parts with minimal direction.
