Key Responsibilities
Coach students on motivation, grades, and program payments to help them complete their training
Provide timely support to students through various communication channels including phone, email, and social media
Create and update help documentation to assist students in navigating frequently asked questions
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience in career services or a student coaching role (preferred)
Experience with Front, Freshdesk, or HubSpot (preferred)
A reliable computer capable of handling multiple online tools and video conferencing software
High-speed internet connection
