Key Responsibilities
Establish and operationalize a contract management system to streamline the contracting process
Manage contract review and performance, actively monitoring contracts and risks
Oversee and manage corporate records of each legal entity and support board operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal / contract manager
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and legal contract management software
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility
