Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team!

EOS Defense Systems USA is a world leader in space information and intelligence services, optical sensor units and remote weapon systems for land, sea and air.

The Systems Engineer will ensure RWS system hardware and software are compatible and capable of required performance metrics. Will coordinate system development tasks to include design, development, integration, and formal testing. Oversees all transitions into production. Will develop and complete actions in systems specifications, technical and logistical requirements, and other disciplines. Creates and maintains programmatic and technical documentation to insure effective, efficient planning and execution. Manages and documents system configurations. This is an On-Site

Minimum Requirements And Qualification

• BA / BS Degree in Engineering, computer technology or related technical field required.
• 8+ years of applicable experience.
• Ability to demonstrate a history of involvement with complex hardware development, as well as with network architecture and design, in support of complex systems and projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong math aptitude and exceptional attention to detail required.
• Ability to successfully present technical information and defend positions is necessary.
• Will require excellent command of common engineering computer languages / applications, as well as experience with common simulation tools and testing routines.
• A detailed understanding of gimbals, structures, force application / mitigation, IR and visual sensors, and Semi-active laser sensors is also highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good command of English language, is a fundamental requirement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to mentor, train and develop team members.
• Ability to travel, as needed.
