We’ll fill your caseload. Clinical focus : Spend your time doing what you do best; we manage client referrals, billing, and day-to-day operations Diverse client base : Work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities Full credentialing support : We handle insurance paneling and all billing logistics on your behalf No marketing or overhead costs : We cover all online marketing and overhead expenses Malpractice coverage : We provide company-paid professional liability insurance Secure tools provided : HIPAA-compliant email, phone number, and EHR system included Tech support included : Access to user-friendly software and ongoing technical support Clinical consultation : You have the option to join our slinical support meetings for case support and connection

Join Spiritus Therapy, a family-run, clinician-led California telehealth practice committed to creating a warm, grounded, and collaborative space for both clients and therapists. We combine professional autonomy with real support, so you can focus on doing the work you love without the business headaches. We prioritize clinical integrity, open communication, and professional growth. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, not corporate managers. We partner with major insurance providers and also offer opportunities to see private-pay clients. Our 1099 model gives you flexibility, a steady caseload, and a voice in how you work.
Who We're Looking For
We're hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who are passionate about providing client-centered care. Comfort with telehealth platforms is essential. Experience with remote therapy is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our secure EHR platform
- Complete progress notes and treatment plans
- Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients
- Deliver personalized, client-centered care based on individual needs
