We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Acquisitions - Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role that is heavily phone-based - some days you will spend a combination of your time in the office or your home office making calls, following up with leads, and negotiating deals. On other days, you will be out of the office meeting with sellers all day. The ideal candidate is someone who is fearless in conversations, thrives in a high-energy sales environment, is a motivated self-starter, and is eager to maximize their financial success. Compensation :
- $100,000 - includes base plus excellent commission potential

Responsibilities :
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to engage with potential sellersFollow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipelineBuild and maintain relationships with property owners to uncover their true selling motivationsConduct property visits and seller appointments, negotiating win-win agreementsAttend trainings, networking events, industry meetings, and outreach initiatives to develop new lead sourcesDemonstrate resilience and overcome objections to get contracts signedAfter training, perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site visits, market trends, and researchManage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until all deals are closedQualifications :
Sales experience preferred – If you’ve closed deals in any industry , we want to hear from youComfortable spending most of the day on the phone – This role is call-intensiveConfidence in having direct, sometimes uncomfortable conversationsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skills – You know how to uncover needs and present solutionsSelf-motivated and results-driven – You take initiative and don’t need constant supervisionOrganized and detail-oriented – You can efficiently manage follow-ups and close dealsAbout Company
