Futures Staffing is looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our clients team! As the first point of contact for their guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Efficiently check guests in and out with accuracy.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance cash drawers.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Associate or in a similar hospitality/customer service role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
