[job_card.job_description]Conduct regular site safety audits inspections and hazard assessments Assist crews with Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and safety planning Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to ensure safe work practices Investigate incidents near misses and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting Support onboarding and ongoing safety training for field personnel Help develop and reinforce company safety initiatives Five (5) years in construction safety working in construction environments OSHA 30 Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to identify hazards and recommend practical solutions Experience with field incident investigations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

This role plays a key part in promoting a positive safety culture and providing guidance to field crews and subcontractors.
