Right at Home is hiring In-Home Caregivers holding a CNA , HHA , or PCA Certificates in Arlington, VA with a client needs physical assist and pet friendly.

Our caregivers and nursing assistant serve clients in all Northern Virginia Counties including Arlington , Fairfax , Prince William , and Loudoun

We give you the option to choose your schedule, the clients you care for, and the location in which you work with pay increases offered based on your choices! Our nursing assistant care for hundreds of clients every day with various schedules including part time, full time, live in, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend. We care for clients in all locations including in their private home, in Assisted Living Communities such as Sunrise Senior Living, and Independent Living Communities. • Base pay rate ranges between $18.00-$22.50 per hour and is associated with your certificate held (PCA , HHA , or CNA) and years of experience (1-4 years, 4-9 years, 10+ years) you can then earn additional pay increases for specific shifts and clients based on the outline below:
  • Weekend caregiver pay increases
  • Couple care caregiver pay increases
  • Visit rate caregiver pay increases
  • Personal Care Plus caregiver pay increases
