Schedule Coordinator

We are currently seeking a full-time Schedule Coordinator to join our team

Scheduling coordinators work in a variety of corporate settings and manage the calendars and agendas of key personnel. They arrange appointments, book venues for scheduled meetings, and make travel arrangements.

Scheduler career responsibilities include:

• setting a monthly and weekly schedule as well as managing call offs for busy home health office.
• Develops staffing schedule in conjunction with Nursing Leadership and inputs into business systems.
• Triage inbound phone calls and office traffic to the appropriate staff members

Requirements:

• High School Degree
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Microsoft Product
• Must have medical scheduling and experience in Home health or hospice
• Medical terminology preferred.
