[job_card.job_description]Be part of a team making a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth Gain experience in a growing field of youth mental health and residential care Work in a secure, structured, and supportive treatment environment Develop your skills through training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects Conduct intake physical health assessments and screenings Document medical histories and maintain accurate health records Provide basic first aid and support emergency medical situations Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health staff Communicate with guardians, case managers, and outside agencies Ensure compliance with state health regulations and treatment protocols Active LPN license in Florida Current CPR / BLS certification Ability to pass background check and drug screen Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Willingness to work with youth in challenging situations 1+ years working in behavioral health, pediatrics, or juvenile residential care Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards Physical Demands : Ability to lift / move up to 20 pounds and provide necessary physical services to clients. Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state and to the extent that knowledge is attainable under the law. Must be able to transport clients. Other : Must maintain an appropriate and valid state drivers license. Must meet state criminal background check requirements.

About Youth Opportunity & Bartlett Assessment Center (Bartlett, TN)
Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for atrisk youth. Bartlett Primary Assessment Center in Bartlett, Tennessee is a shortterm, traumainformed assessment facility serving youth in need of stabilization and behavioral evaluation.
Youth typically remain in care for approximately 30days, during which they receive structured intake, education, multidisciplinary assessment, and life skills programming. Small group settings support emotional safety, initial stabilization, and planning for an appropriate subsequent placement.
