Litigation Paralegal

A full-service Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload. This position requires direct support of attorneys handling active litigation cases in both state and federal courts.

Compensation : $75,000

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management from intake through trial or settlement
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, and motions
• Coordinate depositions, mediation, scheduling hearings in state and federal courts, and trials, including calendaring deadlines and court appearances.
• Organize, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other evidence
• Maintain case files and update case management software
• Assist in trial preparation and the assembly of trial binders and exhibits
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses
