Commercial Journeyman HVAC Installer

to join our team. This role offers

What You’ll Do

Install commercial and multi-family HVAC systems

Complete full duct system installs, modifications, and replacements

Diagnose installation issues and provide effective solutions

Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Follow all codes, safety standards, and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of HVAC installation experience

Oregon Journeyman HVAC license (or equivalent experience)

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and in a team

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics / crawl spaces

EPA Certification preferred
