Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls regarding shipping inquiries
Coordinate medication shipments with doctor's offices, clinics, or infusion centers
Monitor and manage shipping delays, addressing issues to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Some college preferred
CPhT preferred
Minimum two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
At least two years of experience in a similar position preferred
