We are seeking a Manager Of Project Services to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business at Marietta, GA. Lead and mentor a team of laboratory project professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of clinical trial services across global programs. Manage client relationships, regulatory readiness, and cross-functional operations with precision and strategic vision.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Oversee a team of 16-22 project staff responsible for lab services across global clinical trials
• Lead hiring, performance management, and professional development for project services staff
• Ensure studies are executed in line with FDA, ICH, GCP, and internal SOPs
• Act as global lead for assigned accounts; represent Q2 Solutions in governance and oversight meetings
• Manage escalations and communicate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders
• Support audits and inspections by preparing CAPAs and ensuring compliance
• Represent project services in bid defense and business development meetings
• Drive harmonization of processes across geographies and functions

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,200.00 - $200,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
