We are hiring Business Development Associates to support strategic growth through outreach and relationship-building in the behavioral health and addiction recovery space. The role involves cultivating partnerships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and community organizations
Identify new opportunities for outreach and strategic partnerships
Represent the company at networking events and community initiatives
Communicate program benefits clearly and effectively
Support growth goals through consistent engagement and reporting
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
Experience in behavioral health, recovery, or healthcare industries preferred
Ability to travel within Massachusetts and attend in-person meetings
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
