As a member of this spectacular team, you can practice full-scope optometry, providing comprehensive eye care services for the best patient care.

Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
  • Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
  • Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

You'll work alongside a dedicated and supportive team of professionals committed to providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive work environment. Compensation and Benefits

  • Total Potential Annual Earnings : ~$200,000 (including phantom equity)
  • Base Annual Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
  • Monthly Incentive Bonus : Averaging $1,000 - $1,500
  • Generous Retention Bonus : $10,000 - $20,000 based on the length of your employment agreement
  • Medical and dental coverage

    Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
