Responsibilities :

• Support the month-end close process for main operating entities, including preparation of monthly journal entries, reviewing work of all expenses, and account reconciliations
• Handles monthly variance and spend analysis reporting for subschedules
• Work cross-functionally to lead and support process improvement initiatives as we scale
• Oversite of corporate credit card and expense reimbursement program
• Oversite of corporate travel and expense policies and procedures and training initiatives for new employees
• Review proper GL coding of invoices and expenses, 2-way documentation, and approvals through automated platforms and tools
• Assist with year-end activities for both audit and tax
• Support with ACH, check, and manual payment runs with the Controller / CFO
• Manages daily cash and credit card reconciliations
• Manage leased inventory with IT dept to GAAP standards
• Enhance the documentation of key internal controls, processes, and procedures
• Maintain daily cash reports and resolving issues related to the banking portal (lockbox errors, check voided in the past, uncleared checks, etc.), and other related duties

Compensation :

For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
