A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, Construction who will assist in the coordination and management of administrative responsibilities for data center deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Review, process, and organize vendor financial transactions ensuring compliance
Maintain and organize project documentation within designated systems
Assist project team with coordination tasks including meeting arrangements and documentation preparation
Required Qualifications
Associate's / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education / related experience
Five years of relevant experience in construction project coordination and financial processing
Knowledge of documentation control processes, vendor commitments, and invoicing
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and knowledgeable in Autodesk Construction Cloud
